Remedy
Porsche
will notify owners, and dealers will rework and tighten the screw connection on the rear axle upper control arm, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 21, 2021. Owners may contact Porsche
customer service at 1-800-767-7243. Porsche

The screw connection on the upper control arm of the rear axle might not be tightened according to specification.
If the screw connection fails it could cause a sudden driving instability with significant changes of the driving behavior and the potential loss of control.
The screw connection on the upper control arm will be reworked and tightened according to specification.

The threaded joints securing the upper control arms to the rear axle of your vehicle may not be tightened according to the specification. If a connection fails it could potentially cause driving instability, increasing the risk of a crash.
