Summary
Porsche Cars North America, Inc. (Porsche
) is recalling one 2019 Cayenne Turbo vehicle. The affected vehicle has shock absorber forks that may allow the shock absorbers to loosen.
Remedy
Porsche will notify the owner, and a dealers will replace the shock absorber forks, free of charge. The recall began April 19, 2019. Owners may contact Porsche
customer service at 1-800-767-7243. Porsche
’s number for this recall is AKA2.

Cayenne Turbo vehicles. Our records show that you are the owner of a vehicle affected by this action.
What is the issue? | Due to a potential durability issue with the front shock absorbers, the absorber can become cracked and, in some cases even break. This can affect steering in certain driving conditions, increasing the risk of a crash. |
