AMC3 – Reworking Threaded Joints on the Rear Axle (Stop Use/Recall Campaign)
Model Line:
Taycan (Y1A)
Model Year:
As of 2020 up to 2021
Concerns:
Threaded connections on upper control arms of the rear axle

Information
On vehicles that have already been delivered to customers, the components that are screwed together must also be checked for damage caused by relative movement while driving as fittings, contact surfaces or bores on the individual components may have been damaged.
Depending on the result of the check, the affected components may also have to be replaced.
Please note: All additional parts required to repair damage revealed by the test result are not part of this campaign and must be determined independently in the Porsche Electronic Parts Catalogue (PET). For warranty processing for these additional parts, see theTechnical Information ‘Warranty processing section’.
Affected Vehicles:
Only vehicles assigned to the campaign (see also PCSS Vehicle Information).
